  • Comfortable Footwear – Sturdy hiking shoes or trail runners with good grip.
  • Appropriate Clothing – Breathable layers, a light jacket, and a hat for sun protection.
  • Water & Snacks – At least 1.5L of water and energy-boosting snacks.
  • Backpack – Small and lightweight, to carry essentials comfortably.

COOKING WITH THE FAMILY

It will be kind of a Sunday lunch, where the meal becomes a moment of union and the food is not only eating but also sharing. Carmen, Cristina (Carmen’s mother) and Nonna Metta, the grandma will teach you tricks and secrets of the Amalfi Coast’s traditional dishes. The rule in all Minori’s families to keep firm roots into our veracity is “No scales, no papers! Let’s do it “a sentimento” (which means ‘by heart’).
