It will be kind of a Sunday lunch, where the meal becomes a moment of union and the food is not only eating but also sharing.
The kitchen is filled with laughter, stories, and the aromas of fresh ingredients being lovingly prepared. Carmen expertly kneads the dough for the pasta, Cristina shares tales of past family gatherings, while she carefully chops sun-ripened tomatoes for the sauce.
Nonna Metta, the keeper of culinary wisdom, oversees the process with a watchful eye, occasionally stepping in to offer a gentle correction or a heartfelt encouragement.
The rule in all Minori’s families to keep firm roots into our veracity is “No scales, no papers! Let’s do it “a sentimento” (which means ‘by heart’).
